help 92 dx hatch no fuel coming out of the injectors
just finished rebuilding the block and tried starting the car. it just cranks but does not start. We pulled of the fuel rail and held the injectors on but and tried cranking but no fuel came out. we check the signal for the injectors and its good but does the resistor box act as a ground for the injectors or as a power? we checked the resistor box and everything is good because we also get a signal. what can it be.

its not the fuel main relay. we tried it on my other friends car and it worked.
