Default HELP!!!

Ok so i bought my del sol last october and it apready had lower springs on it, it snowed shortly after i got the car so the factory rims with the winter tires went on and i put the after market ones away. Well spring came and i put the after market rims on and after a couple of months i noticed that the tread wear on the tires was pretty bad so i decided to invest in a camber kit, i decided on a skunk2 one. so the kit has been installed about three months now, well last week there was a knocking noise coming from the front of the car, so i took the car to honda to get it checked out. i turn out that the camber kit (upper comtrol arm) i htting against the shock tower, now the shock tower is all dented in and in a couple of places it has broken right through into the engine bay. It looks like the only part that is htting the shock tower is the 4 bolts on either side that allow for the camber to be adjusted.

Well the only chooses i have r to replace the whole system with the factory pieces, which i don't have and would have to buy again, or choice number 2 is to go to some kinda body shop and custom fabricate the shock tower to allow more room for the upper control arm to move up and down.

I'm just curious as to if u have heard if anyone else has ahd this problem and what they did, or if u guys have any recomendations as to what i should do. The car won't be seeing any driving til its fixed so that ain't a problem.

Not that low at all, the tires aren't tucked into the wheel wells very far. Although i don't know the exact drop because when i bought the car it already had the springs on it.

the thing about it breaking through in the engine bay kinda sounds like the washer on top the bump stops aren't on the shock. Might want to check that out. Don't really know how that could cause the camber arm to hit the shock though.

Its actually only hitting the shock tower where the 4 little screws to adjust the camber on top of the kit are.

Bump cause i really need some help on this one guys. Someone has to know someone that has had this problem and how he fixed it. Although right now it looks like i am just gonna get the shock tower customized to allow more up and down room.

So does the car bounce alot is the ride really soft? And do you have any idea what springs might be on it?
