Help.
Trying to look for the thread that shows u how many miles your car has and when it has those miles what u have to change, like once u reach 150,000 miles what do u have to change or check and replace, like tune up status.
And another noob question When do u know when u have to change the sparkplugs and wires and which ones do u recommend for a d16y7 i was thinking ngk and wires , and when do you need to change your transmission oil?
And I'm going to change my Front brakes soon is it worth going to honda and get there oem brake pads that came with my car or should i get some other ones maybe better for the same price?
btw my car is a 98 honda civic hatch
TIA

*Grabs Hayne's manual*
Spark plugs: 30k or 24 months max - can't go wrong with NGK plus or wires.
Trans. Fluid: Same, 30k or 24 months max
Many things may be needed to be done at 150k, if you have kept detailed records you should be able to figure out what needs to be done...after you get a manual/owner's manual for your car.

Re: (COEHR)
Contact them and ask?
Tune up stuff is pretty cheap, I usually replace a bunch of stuff when I get a new (used) car.
Plugs, cap, rotor, fuel, oil and air filters, eng + trans oil are some of the more important engine tune-ups. Brake and clutch fluid often get neglected, as well as brake drums and shoes.
Inspect tie rods, ball joints and wheel bearings for play also comes to mind...

LOL sorry man I live almost 3000 miles away. I did just get back from visiting fam in Marin county, CA is very beautiful.
For regualr road driving I would just get pads from an auto parts store, NAPA golds work fine for me, and I would expect that they would be cheaper than Honda OE pads.
