Default Help with a 1996 Honda Civic Timing

I got this civic it has a D16Y7 block and a D16Y8 head and who ever put it together got the timing all messed up i need help I got the chilton book gone threw it already i go the car to almost start but it just wont start

if the timing is that out of whack, the t belt is probably a tooth or three off.

i been trying to get it right all day is there any steps that i maybe missing that the book doesnt tell me its a mini me swap

setting the belt is pretty much the same.
