Default Help with 1996 Civic LX Sedan Power Windows & Locks

I just picked up a 96 Civic LX Sedan and the power windows and locks don't work at all. The power mirrors work just fine. I put a multimeter to the plug going to the driver side window switches and its definately getting juice. When I push the window buttons on any of the doors in the car there is no sound at all and nothing happens. I've checked all the fuses under dash and under hood and everything is good. I also looked for broken wires in the door and between the door and nothing. My guess is the main driver side switch panel but I could definately be wrong. Has anyone else had the same exact problem and if so what did you do to fix it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Trust me I've searched and searched and tried every little fix that people have posted on multiple forums and no luck.

There is power to the switch.. Is there a gound? None of the windows work? From the master, or from each individual switch?
I had a similar problem with my 96 LX sedan.. I ended up replacing the master switch and it all worked again.

Yeah there is power going to the switch but none of the windows work from the master or individual switches.

So would the driver side power windows switches being bad cause the power locks to not work either??

I am experiencing the same sort of issues right now not sure if I should go get a switch or just go out and get the whole door harness.
