HELP!?!?!?!

HELP!?!?!?!
I have to sell my 96 civic hatch. It just threw a code. I have to fix it ASAP. I can't afford to do a diagnostic, Is there a way to check the codes on these civics? The problem is that it idles really low and shakes a little when at idle, otherwise it drives fine and still gets decent gas milage. Is it a sensor or valve on the intake manifold? ? Holla!

Could be the idle sensor. But I'm sure autozone guys will run a test for free. Or do the paper-clip thing and count the check engine light flashes and look up the code.

Do a quick search. Many writeups on it.

in the time it took you to start this thread you could have clicked the search button, read a few threads and had your answer. instead, you started a thread that is all about pulling the codes from the ECU, if you would have looked at the top of the forums where the "stickys" are, you would see there is a WHOLE thread thats many pages long that deals with nothing but what you just asked.
before posting again you should seriously read the FAQ's, and the rest of the stickys. you would learn alot, and if you dont know how to pull codes, i really doubt you do any major work to your car, oil changes and tune ups dont count.

you know what, expletive you 2. I don't like searching thorugh FAQ's. I would rather make my own thread. I bet I have done more then both of you two combined. I bet u 2 of you haven't even done a swap. I have owned 1 integra, 2 eg hatches, 1 eg coupe, one ef hatch, and a ek hatch so don't say I'm bsing. I fixed the problem this morning anyways so it doesn't even matter.
