yah the wires may be connected but the actual horn assembly may be too rusted to be able to make a sound..... mine was like that anyway

or just run 2 wires from your horn to the battery to test it. If it works, maybe something is disconnected on the steering wheel side. For instance, is there a factory steering wheel on there ? Sometimes the horn is not connected on the aftermarket steering wheels on Del Sols, because it requires some re-wiring work.

be sure t run the wire from the battery to the horn, u want ur ear right next to it, when u try it because the 12 volts isint enough juice and make the horn real quiet, so get ur ear as close as u can to the horn!

It'd be the horn wire in the steering wheel... do you have SRS in your sol ?

is your SRS light on on your cluster ? reason why I ask is because there is a harness underneath the steering column, it has a yellow plug which connects both the SRS and horn.

CK, short for Check. These are the wires that you will see when you remove your SRS on the steering wheel to see the wiring for your horn.
