Default Hello, please help me with this question

Hi, I have a 1995 Honda Civic HB Dx, and I was wondering what would be better, a high flow cat or a test pipe. I have a Apexi N1 catback and some noname stainless steel 4-2-1 headers and aem intake. I don't know which to get? Or can I even put a test pipe on my applicaion? Thanx!

My suggestion is to go with a high flow cat for legal and environmental issues. I doubt you will see any more performance with a test pipe, might even hurt you as you do need some backpressure from what I hear.

you may also want to consider how your exhaust will sound with a test pipe. Without a cat, your exhaust may have a rattle and sound like crap.
