Hello all, first car here.
Okay so I get my license next month and been looking for cars for a while. I couldn't find any integras and didnt want a d series civic so I ended up finding a Em1. Its a true Si, vins matched up and whatever. First off its got the b16a2, it has a gsr tranny, stage 2 clutch, and a short throw shifter. Also has fog lights and 8k HID. It has some 4-1 headers not sure but look fine. Just a straight pipe exhaust, I plan on getting a Apexi. It runs great ! has all new rotors but they sqeack like a ****. Also the speedometer doesnt work not sure ow much the sensor is. Thats basically it, has nice paint and lowered on some function and form coilovers. Im wondering If i got a good price so can you guys tell me how much you'd pay? and ill tell you much I paid after. Heres some pics

How in blazes are we supposed to tell you if you got a good price if we don't know the price? Maybe $2.5k. I'm going to hazard a guess it was beat on pretty heavily.

Brakes usually squeak from being dirty(pads) or glazed on the friction surface. Looks like ticket-getter red to me! Good luck staying off cops radar...looks pretty decent man id guess 2250.
Edit; id put that $ in the taillights( for oem) your intake is basically the same already, throw a new filter on, repaint tube...

Guess how much I paid? $3,400. I think you may have gotten ripped a little bit, BUT, don't worry. It is a FANTASTIC car and honestly, I would have paid twice what I did if I had the money. You won't be disappointed in her

I hate to be a downer on your first car...I really do...but I'll tell you about the one that I bought 3 days ago. I'm 17, and it is my second car. It's a '95 Del Sol that's red, it has 127,000 miles, EVERYTHING on it works. The only problem is that it has a tiny bit of rust on the left rear quarter panel. In addition to everything working, it's got a Tanabe exhaust ($650!), new speakers, an amp for said speakers, custom orange gauge lighting, and best of all...the thing is the VTEC model, so it has 160bhp.

Vins don't match on the trans
Anywho.... these cars are getting more rare as time passes, mostly the red ones as they were the least produced EM1 with only 30,000 of them being produced for years 99-2000
With that being said a mature person would be gearing to return that car as closely as possible to its original form. If you plan to keep ricing it I would just suggest you keep around all original parts for originality and resale.

Re: Hello all, first car here.
looks nice on the outside(save from the tails). The bay does look a different shade tho plus the re-painted VC. But nice first car can't be too picky at first
