Heater question...did search...
My girlfriend just bought a 99 civic hatch dx (canada). When she puts heater on, hot air comes out every vent except the passenger floor vent.. It feels like its blowing a/c out of it.. Anyone have same problems? thanks..

It blows cold air on all settings with no a/c light on, heat comes out every other vent... This is a pic of under glove box, this is where cold air is blowing...

I do get heat with floor and defrost, but its mixed with cold air in this area??
I am going to bring it to my works shop (honda MDX civic plant) and drop the ip to see whats going on... thanks for trying
