EACV/IACV could be the roots of the idle problem, btu could also be indicator of bad thermo sender, low coolant, air pockets etc. A broken water pump could possibly not be pumping enough water at idle. Could be a clogged heater core, but not really since you get heat when moving. Or a weak blower motor?

Check your blower motor.
Maybe the fuse blew out.
