Heater Doesn't Blow. Please help. 96 civic.

i got a 96 civic. the heater control all work and light up. but when i advance the blower, nothing happens.

the fuse looks good. please help.

Did you check 40A hood fuse 55 and 7.5A dash fuse 17?
