Heater core broke. Coolant on carpet
Hey,
About a month ago my heater core broke. I ended up pulling out the carpet, using one of those shitty carpet cleaning machines and left the carpet out of the car to dry for about a month while I left for school. I just got back this weekend and the damn carpet is still damp of coolant. Any other ways I can get the coolant out of the carpet? Thanks.

Re: Heater core broke. Coolant on carpet (Bizarre)
what chassis is it on b/c you are better off just buying a used carpet.
coolant is really hard to get out of fabric.

Take the thing to a car war and pressure wash it with soap and rinse. Now as far as drying it if you have a basement or warm room that you can lay it out in put a fan on it will help some to. good luck it is not easy to get it out.
