hey guys.

the lights that light up my heater controls burnt out, so i wanna replace them. are there any special ways to get it out with out cracking anything? I tried to wedge a thin flat head between the unit and the dash itself, butthe screw driver started digging into the plasic of the dash....thanx guys.

Take the dash completely off and the answer will present itself.

In an EG you can remove the Controls without taking the ENTIRE dash out. I dont know what car you have if you have a 92-95 you remove the lower console, the radio, disconnect the cable to the controls (can be a little tricky) that change the temperature. There are 3 screws holding in the heater controls. Two you need your head to be under the lower console to see. Disconnect the two plugs to the controls and pull it out. There are two bulbs in the EG heater controls.
