Default heat wrap?

i saw this stuff that looks like the heat wrap (stuff u wrap around headers, turbo manifold, etc) and it was hanging from the bottom of my car...(the car came with the turbo so im pretty much clueless about it...) and i looked at it and it wraps around right under the turbo..should i get some more of this stuff and wrap it couple more times or is it ok that i just cut it since some of it is hanging and i think theres still some of it left on it (ill post pictures if needed)

it's up to you...
if there seems to be a lot of heat wrap still on there then just cut it.

u can use those metal clams to secure the wrap to the down pipe or whatever it is wrapped on. thats what i use to secure the thermal wrap on the end of the header.

Heat wrap keeps the under hood temp down alot, its up to you what you do with it.
