Headlights ON sound (97yr)

ive noticed that when i leave my headlights on and take out the key..that 1 noise sound doesnt warn me about having my headlights on anymore....what could be the problem ive checked fuse'z but um i found nothing

....any help?

i'm pretty sure it's a fuse. check under the hood... it should be one on the top left and it's a pita to get to if u have big hands. lol.

ohhh okay lol i was gunna check the fuses under the hood...but it took me a while to take 1 damn fuse out ..so i just looked under the dash..thx for the help
