Then you obviously don't have a need for a headlight buzzer since you don't drive your car. Right?

I don't feel like reading god knows how many pages.
So I'll just tell you I did it to my '95 EX, took 4 minutes. Just buy a 12v piezo buzzer from like radioshack, I extended the wires on mine so I could zip tie it above the metal piece under the steering column but that's your call. Just put the positive term of the buzzer to one of your low beams, the other to your windshield wipers, it'll create a false ground - whenever the car is off and the headlights are on the buzzer'll go off.
Note: This only works if you use low beams...I used low beams b/c the only time u'll leave ur headlights on is when it's day time and raining or something where you usually won't have ur brights on. If you want brights AND lowbeams you'll need a 2 to 1 relay to act as a switch so you won't jump the other beam's fuse (not worth it IMO, if you have your high beams on and you can't tell that they're on (probably at night) then you shouldn't be driving...low beams are more practical because you have to turn them on by state law in the event that you have to use your wipers, or in PA always O.O - but you use ur low beams during the day and it's during the day (or when it's bright out) that you'll forget).

Re: Headlight warning buzzer???????
This old thread was on retrofitting aftermarket parts to provide a feature that wasn't on these cars and is counter productive to your request of fixing stock parts.
