headlight problems
93 civic
the headlight doesn't turn on at once. probably a 30 second delay before it lights up. what's wrong ? cleaned the terminals of the headlight bulb and the plug/boot that connects to the terminals.
thought it was the weak battery so i replaced it with a new one but the problem's still there. nead any opinions. thanks
