Headlight problem, please help!
I just bought a 94 civic cx with a 94 jdm b16 swap. Tonight I noticed when I turned my headlights on that they took about 5 seconds to turn on. What could be the problem? I have searched this topic but I could not find anything that could help. Please help! Could it be the alternator?

Not sure, I used to have a 88' acura legend, and it did the same thing. But i didnt care enough to fix it.
