Headlight cataract
I have a 1997 DX coupe and the headlights are original... i like the oem look but i dont want to pay over 200 per side for oem lights.... and the ones on my car now have developed this sort of opaque yellowish film over them... needless to say it looks like ****, and impairs my lighting.
Is there any way to get rid of this stuff or am i going to have to spring for new headlights?

Check out this Meguiars stuff at your local auto store. It's a clear plastic polish for headlights and such my bud uses at his work when they get G35s. Apparently the G35s get that yellow fog problem like nothing. Ive used it to shine my tails, and it works great, so i guess check it out.

Get a pack of sandpaper and a car buffing wheel that will fit on a drill.
500, 800, 1000, and 1500 or 2000 grit if you have it. Just hand sand it, won't taker longer than 10 minutes.
Then I buffed it with the plastx stuff found at autozone. Looks like new.
And use some car wax on it, make it shine.
