i believe they're civic type r headlights.
if you're looking for REAL civic type r headlights, prepare to pay an arm and a leg for them.

Hard telling from the picture, but like Mike said, CTR headlights cost a pretty penny. $300-500.
If you find Honda Graphite Pearl paint at a local parts store, you can paint the bezels in your headlights and get a strikingly similar look.
Not the best picture I've got, but here's mine. The headlights have been retrofitted, but you get the idea:
