Alot of times an aftermarket header for a D-Series will have 2 o2 bungs, since it replaces the cat in the D16y7 motors, and various other D-Series. My Kamikaze header had two o2 bungs. This does create a problem for obd2 cars, you'll need to plug it and run the secondary o2 to your catalytic convertor, or just leave the 2nd o2 hanging and plug the bung, or you'll get a CEL.
