Headers/Exhaust Problems
Whats up, I just changed the exhaust manifold on my 94 hatch for headers and I have two problems. One the O2 sensor seems to be frozen in the manifold, and two, there is a gap between the cat converter and the start of the headers. Being strapped for cash at the present time, what is the cheapest way to fix this?

Well, first off, the header is def. for a 92-95 civic? Stock cat?
Second off...try an o2 sensor removal socket, they work everytime...got em' at autozone

Re: Headers/Exhaust Problems (NAisBEST)
Yeah, I just found out that the headers were meant for a vtec single and I have a non-vtec single, and I got the o2 sensor out but its too short and wont reach to the plug for the engine harness. Is it possible to make it longer by splicing some wires together? Thanks
