DC sports is good. 
look around for group buys and also i love comptech headers but they are really expensive. like $500

well u should add an exhaust b/c of the added back pressure, try like 2 1/4" exhaust that will reduce the back pressure on the engine. but i really doesn't matter it is up to u, personally i would. but either way they let the exhaust from the engine flow better.

They isn't too much of a difference performance wise with a $700 header or a $400 header, but you should go with a decent brand if you want anything good!! I say DC Sports also!! They are probably your best bet! If you want to get a header you should plan to spend $300-$500 dollars! If just want something cheap try a PaceSetter Header!
