Couple of things you forgot to add. Type of header, type of motor, your other modifications, as well as English.

I'd imagine he's talking to the topic creator.

I don't really have an answer, but hopefully my assumptions here might help others to find your answer.
Since we're in the EG+ Civic / Del Sol forum, I'll assume you're running some sorta d-series engine, since most of them do stock, and you didn't mention any other modifications.
"these" I'll assume is the "Headers" mentioned in the topic. And since "Headers" is plural, I'll assume it's a 4-2-1 setup as opposed to a 4-1.
And since you're wondering what would happen if you install them, rather than replacing or upgrading, I'll take a shot in the dark and assume you have no header installed right now.
Question reasked in English: Has anyone dyno'ed an open head (exhaust side) on a d-series motor, as well as dyno'ing with a 4-2-1 installed? What type of differences did you see?
