header wrap on cat to pass emissions...good idea? or bad?
im trying to pass emissions with a d-series with a high flow cat, from what i've read, is that the cat doesnt get hot enough from a d-series to pass emissions...is it a good idea to buy header wrap and go to town on it?
the plan: header wrap from 6 inches before to 6 inches after
take it for a 30 mins drive, taking it to redline a few times
let it run outside the emissions office while im waiting to go
then...pray for the best?
i have a new o2 sensor (5 wire....stupid Z1) and all my other stuff is oem, brand new highflow cat (carsound/magnaflow)
should i pass?

*Not legal for use in California OBD2(96/up)"

if the cat is new and a decent size i see no problem of passin unless your motors is running poorly
