header install
i just bought a headman header, and i was wondering if anyone could help me out on the install on my 00ex civic...??? i really just need to know the tourqe for the bolts

When installing headers or exhaust manifolds in general, I just use a small-medium size rachet and just make them snug.
It doesn't take too much torque to get them tight and over torque-ing is a bitch if you snap them.

if it didn't come with a new gasket, try and get a new one. blowby at the head is bad business...def not worth the $10 gasket.

Its really not that difficult to install a header. I just did it for my 97 civic ex. Just make sure you have wires to extend your exhaust manifold sensor wires, because usually its located lower on an aftermarket header. here is a site that should help you a bit.
