Header and Flywheel Question.
I just put a lightweight flywheel in my car and i just wanted to know if that gives me high end horsepower or what and what header should i match with it a 4-1 or a 4-2-1? I got a d16y8 stage 2 clutch 7pound flywheel.

Dude, chill. It may take more than 15 mins to get an answer.
A lightened flywheel doesnt add any power, it allows the motor to rev easier, and in turn, increases throttle response, and allows you to shift faster.
As for headers a 4-1 will flow better on the high end, where as a 4-2-1 is better suited for the midrange.
I prefer a 4-2-1, bcuase Hondas need more midrange and a little high end power more than a lot of high end power.
