i just put on a new header and the seal donut in between the cat and the down pipe skweeks when i hit bumps. is there any thing i can put on it to stop the skweeking?

ok i have another question. on top of that the heat shield on the cat and the heat shield over the cat are making a bunch of noise when im siting at a light do you think i'll be alright with out them? or will it fry **** under my car?

Had that exact same problem...it's quit possibly the most anoying thing when your sitting at a light...but removed mine with no problem...

Yeah, that **** works well.
I use it when taking a TB or IACV off and the gasket tears on an old car in case it doesn't seal back up to prevent a vacuum leak.
