head swap
im strongly considering swapping out my d16y5 head (vtec-e) for a d16y8 head. everybody is saying that i can save money by doing it myself rather than bring it in and have it done. they say it'll only take a couple hours. but i just want to know from anybody who has already done it, how difficult is it? and also i did a search, but i can't find any instructions or what have you on how to do it. can anybody point me to a website, or a page on here? that'd be awesome. also if i go obd1 will i get a bigger power gain from the head?

Re: head swap (codyb13)
it isn't that difficult of a swap, just plug and play really.... i would invest in a helms manual like the previous guy said, that will tell you step for step and also help with torque specs and other miscelaneaous(sp?) stuff.
