Default Head removal on 93 ex

i unbolted the exhaust manifold, and removed all the head bolts, timing belt, and all the vaccum and fuel lines, is there a mount or something holding the intake manifold down, i can see something but i cant get to it.

you need to get below/under the motor and you will be able to see if from the underside. the manifold is bolted to the block, by this bracket. you should be able to remove it from above too i believe if you are tricky
