No. It is commonly said that you need to, but I never once have and have not had an issue. They are supposedly stretch bolts. If your thread looks good, its fine. I usually add 5 ft/lbs as a third step when torquing down the used bolts.

^^ i second that, ive done HG on d series without replacing head bolts with no problem. Just clean the threads and bolt holes then dip head bolts in motor oil and torque down in three steps.

for a dd no I never have on a car where the engine gets taken apart frequently well you'll probably have ARP head studs so it doesn't matter. you're fine to re use them if they look good.
