head gasket problem?
hey, ive got a 94 dx. completely stock. the other day i was driving, went to school, and by the time i came out, when i started my car i had about 50% power. i checked the spark on all 4 cylinders and it is fine. replaced the plugs with no luck. i now have blue exhaust and a bit of a shake on acceleration. also, as i said before, i have about 50% power. i haven't checked the compression yet, but im thinking that i have a blown head gasket. is there any tell-tale signs of this? is there any other possibilities? there are no abnormal noises by the way, no clanking or grinding or anything. thanks for the help in advance!!! oh, also, there is no check engine light, the oil is fine, coolant is fine. no overheating at all.

blue smoke i believe is an indication of bad piston rings, and you can test head gaskets by compression testing, leak testing, and pressure testing.
