head gasket?
I fix all my wiring issues and now my car runs great, but one problem normal driving my car runs excellent, but as soon as i crack vtec coolant over flow fills up. i change the radiator cap so far no success. the car has no white smoke driving or at idle, no oil in the coolant, no bubbles when i take off the cap. I do have black smoke at top end though gas milage is at 235 to a tank of gas. its a b16 with skunk2 cams, aem fpr, rc 310 injector p28 ecu.

Re: head gasket?
black smoke would mean your running too rich so u might need to tune it since u got bigger injectors otherwise put stock ones back in and see if it fixes ur black smoke, but don't think its ur head gasket

did you mess with the fpr cause they come from the factory set up for your engine and i agree with tundra2000 about tuning its always a good idea to tune a engine when you came it or add something electronically controlled

Re: head gasket?
Stop guessing at what it could be! Rent or buy a compression tester follow the instructions with the tester a low compression points to a bad head gasket. Better yet have the coolant tested for exhaust gas this is a no BS test to tell you if the headgasket is leaking. Without running a few simple test it is easy for people to give you a buch of guesses but no real fix to the problem
