head gasket?

Default head gasket?

if i were to take off my valve cover do i need to replace the gasket? yeah i meant valve cover gasket

no you can reuse the vc gasket quite a few times. the only time i changed a vc gasket is when mines was so hard when i pulled it off it broke apart. you will be good reusing

If its still soft like a new one and has no cracks you can use it

They cost like $15 so i usually get new ones anyway

I think he is talking about replacing the head gasket; since that's what the thread is called.

i dont think he knows what a head gasket IS. lol.....hence the CAM replacement question...
