Default Head build!

Was wondering what it takes to build a head on a d16z6 motor. Meaning valves, springs...Anything else? Whats the best company to get this stuff from? Thanks.

Personally, I feel that the Z6 is fine for a daily driver the way it is other than some valve springs and a cam.

http://www.crower.com for research I suggest keeping your eyes open for a Crower Stage 2 and some valve springs.

Its a great powerful cam with only a little lope at idle.
