having problems with speeddomitor.

i broke my old cluster making it all l.e.d., so i got a new one off ebay, thinking that all i needed was a new cluster becuz the speed, gas and tenp was not working. so i got the new one and it all works but the speed... it goes to 20mph when i start the car and when i start going it doesnt move the i get check engien light... so i got a new out of the box speedsensor thinking that it when out...well i put it in and no change. this all started after i got some work done on the car, dropped the tranny to fix a leaking seil. after that the speed will not work, i have gone throught about 10 speedsensors and nothing happens. but i took out one from my freinds car and it worked, so i didnt think it was the wiring but now i think it is. id like to know what you guy think.

maybe, but it was working after i made it l.e.d. but after i got work done on it, it will not work. there for it might not be the connections. thank tho

if its not the cluster, and not the speed sensor then its gotta be wiring... chase some wires...
