Default Having o2 sensor problems...........again...........

While I was swapping in my y8 head last weekend, I put in a y8 engine harness to "make the swap easier." After all this, I wish I just modified my dx harness.

Everything is working fine except I'm throwing a code "65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater." Today I tried to wire the o2 sensor directly to the ecu, but had no luck, it's still throwing the same code after resetting the ecu.

Here is my diagram that I am trying to use to wire it up:

Now my question is: did I wire this up correctly? I assume that:

green/black = heater wire
white/red = signal wire (may need to be shielded? I dont know?)
black/white = power
black/yellow = ground

And from this pinout I found for my obd2 y8 ecu, I thought this would work, I soldered the connections and everything too.

Please, I need some help.

Am I connecting the power and ground wires right? Should I use B1 for power and B20 for ground? Thats the way my vafc2 is wired up and it works perfectly.

Are B9 and B10 only used for accessories or something? I don't get why this isn't working if it is wired DIRECTLY from the secondary o2 to the ecu..............

Come on, somebody has had to do this before.........

if its the heater, the sensor portion is working fine its the heating element thats not working correctly check the heater side of the circuit not the sensor.

It threw me only a code 65 when the sensor wasn't wired up at all, so I'm trying to get the power and ground sorted out too (and signal for that matter).

I am trying to wire it directly to the ecu so right now and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Please look at my diagram and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks but that didn't help me AT ALL.......... That pic I have is obd2b for a reason: it's because my car is a 00 civic with a y8 head and y8 engine harness and it is obd2b not obd2a.

All I need to know is if this is right:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by WildPig &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
green/black = heater wire
white/red = signal wire (may need to be shielded? I dont know?)
black/white = power
black/yellow = ground
</TD></TR></TABLE>

So can anybody tell me?

Wait, so you're telling me that the black/white wire is the heater wire? And the green/black wire is ground?

Can anyone confirm this?

Go switch them and "confirm" it yourself.

Everyone wants everything spoon fed to them around here. Take a gamble, go try different a different configuration. Whats the worst thing you will do? Wire it up incorrectly? Again?
