Default Have installed a drag turbo kit on a DX 2000 Civic..... showing rich condition p0172...

How do I keep this from happening since it is being read off the primary O2 sensor and I cannot put an MIL eliminator on it?

Is there someone who can reprogram my computer to work without throwing the code but still give good performance?

It is FMU'd obviously, but this rich condition seems to happen at odd intervals and not necessarily when boosting..... so the FMU doesn't have as much to do with things as you would first think, since the FMU doesn't affect the fuel curve when in vacuum.....

Also, could it be that the computer is used to a much quicker, hotter (cleaner) signal since the O2 sensor was originally located right in the top of the manifold next to the cylinder head and now it is on the downpipe and down 1+ ft further down the pipe....

I assume this could cause a minor difference in sensor lag time and also that the turbo and it's airflow past it through the exhaust turbine could be changing the accuracy of the sensor signal that the computer is programmed to read....

Thanks for any help!!!

This car runs so much better than ever before, the turbo has made a world of difference...... we just need to fix this transient and ill-logical rich condition that keeps happening... it doesn't hurt anything in performance, but it gets old seeing that light all the time.....
