Have to drop crossmember to remove ENTIRE rear brake line assembly? 92-95 Civic!

Car: 95 Vx

I am trying to remove the last 5 lines (rear brakes / fuel) from the engine bay. They all run as one unit to the rear of the car. I have everything unbolted. Just don't see how to remove the lines from the undercarriage w/o dropping the crossmember. I need to roll the car around (on wheel dollies) so I am not ready to remove the crossmember at this time.

Are the lines one piece or can you disconnect them right under the crossmember @ the black plastic shield?

If I have to drop the crossmember will it line back up (using a jack to hold it), remove the lines, and bolt it back up?

Thanks for any help!!

Just remember in my build thread SHG_Easy E mentioned this. You do have to drop the crossmember to get the lines out https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif

back to the garage.......

its not hard to line up the crossmember with a jack. I did it by myself( just a lot of elbow grease) https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

If you can try to take them out just by lowering the member a lil bit at a time and see if it can slip through if not just take it out since your almost there https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif
