I know that they arn't completely the same because I ended up getting a hatch 1/4 panel instead of a 2dr coupe panel and it's much shorter but does anyone know off the top of their head if the lines run the same and the 1/4 panel from the hatch coule be cut and used to repair the rear 1/4 on a coupe?

I agree. Lines are different especially since the rear side glass is different.

Not really, since the hatch and coupe had different wheelbases, rear windows, and rear ends. You may be able to use small sections of it but obviously not large sections.
