Default has anyone ever tried putting a s2000 gauge cluster in a civic??

if u have, could i see some pics?? i was thinking of doing it but i dont know if it can be done

the s2000 guage cluster is gives digital readings....u would have to do alot more conversions on your cables and such for it to be able to work

Dood around here had one in and working (came on) but the Speedo and temp guage didn't work.

The guy Trey refers to is a pal of mine and the the speedo just won't work. the S2000 uses a funky-*** speed sensor because it's rearwheel drive, while the Civic uses a different one being front wheel drive.

The only thing that worked was the tach - temp and fuel did not work either.

Cool idea, but sorry it doesn't work as far as I know. And the guy who did it spent lots of time trying to figure it out too, so it wasn't as though he didn't try.

He has since swapped in a normal Si/EX cluster and sold the S2000 to someone who thiought that they could get it to work too.

ooo ok.......but since im hard-headed, imma try. I go to a college for electronics so im sure i could rig something up with the equipment that they gave me......
