Has anyone ever heard of The Aem EMS NEW Ecu???
I saw an add in this month Super street for a new ecu that Aem has come out with. It plug directly into the stock wireing Harness and you can control almost everything with a labtop. It looks pretty sick and Im thinking about getting it but I cant find a price can someone help???
Heres the link to the site http://www.aempower.com/ems.htm

I seem to remember seeing a retail price of around $1400.00 in some magazine article. Probably be lower on the street, once the first few are sold to the "gotta have the bleeding edge" folks.

wow, that's expensive! The APEXi Power FC is a fair bit cheaper, isn't it? Is the AEM unit superior to the Power FC in any way?
Although I agree the Hondata is a piggy back unit since it uses the stock ECU, the Stage 4 Hondata does offer pretty much all the features and flexibility at a very reasonable price.

However Im doing a groupbuy for them at $1,400. Hondata cost $1,100 for the stage 4. But the only thing is you have to chip it which cost $270 when you tune it.

Does anybody know where you can buy it?
thanks,
aj
btw: once you add up the hondata stage 4b, it costs just as much as AEM EMS
hondata 4b = 1100
ecu = 200
adapter cable for ecu swap = 250
that's $1550
so, if you can get the AEM EMS for $1400, I would take that over hondata.

aj
