Default has anyone ever have this problem?

i have a 94' civic vx with stock d15z1 motor. was turbo but non turbo now.stock injectors and everything are back on. its5 speed. got 136k on the cluster. when accelerating gradually i have no problem but the second i mash the pedal to the ground seems i have feul cut out, the engine doesnt turn off just fuel cut... i hear the sound of the intake sucking air but go no where.i just replaced today the spark plugs and fuel filter, the problem still occurs... anyone know what my problem is?

check your clutch....might be a problem in the grounding system too....make sure all the ground straps are in place and not frayed.....only other thing I can think of is to check your fuel pump (pain in the ****) and fuel filter...

It could be because it's a stock VX.



j/p

Go real slow and put it in like 4th gear and see if the car tries to stall. (clutch test)

If it does try to stall then it means the clutch ISN'T slipping.

its not the clutch, its wiring or a sensor something dumb
