has anyone done the DIY bracket using a recaro srd/speed seat?
ive been doing the research but im still not sure if its capable...on the DIY thread thats posted, owen the soyboy is using a bucket non-reclinable seat....the holes that mount to the bracket is 13.8" apart, while the recaro seat is approxiamately 15.5" apart.
i was just wondering if anyone out there has done this and if so, what did you do to compensate the distance...

not worth the trouble and possible risk of breaking your neck in an accident...i think i saw some SRD/speed rails for sale for $100

its seems like a solid piece and you retain oem brackets...im sure there are a few ht'ers who can attest to the rigidness of this DIY mod
