Hi i just bought tottaled civic with a b16b swap to put it in my 1999 em1. When i first got it i started it before taking the motor out and it was runing perfectly. So i took everything out engine and harness ecu and i put it in my em1 now the car still runs perfect but it cranks very very long before it starts i drain my batrie completely befor i can get it fired up but once it starts it runs just perfect like a clock. My fuel pump and pressure is good the only thing i can think of is maybe my knock sensor when i unpluged it i broke it but only the plastic cap that the harness wire plugs in it i fit it back in and glue it juuust a little bit but it doesnt help

Are you getting a KS code or any other code?

Didnt cheked any code since i dont have a code reader

I know the sensor are good because i started the motor before swaping it and i used the same harness and i put matching colored tie raps on some sensor and the plugs and ect was one of them

OBD2 EM1 ECU or OBD1 ECU?

You don't need a code reader. Just jump the service connector and watch the CEL blink codes.
