Hard Gears
I have a 98 Honda Civic with a complete GSR swap. Car was running fine up until a couple of days ago when I noticed I had to really pump the clutch and force it into gear. Yesterday, I couldn't get the car into first gear at all! So, I have stopped driving the car until I know whats going wrong, or what possible could get worse. LMK what you guys are thinking.

have you noticed your clutch feeling different or your engagement point getting sooner and sooner? you may have a slave cylinder going out, or a leak in your hydraulic clutch line..

Most likely something to do with the clutch's hydraulic system.
Check for leaks. Make sure the slave cylinder is good.
Did you bleed the system after the swap? Did you do it properly?
What is your fluid level in the clutch reservior?
make sure your master cylinder is good. Sometimes the fluid gets really gritty..and for some reason after you drain it, and refill it with new fluid, the seals dont work quite as well internally.

If all other suggestions fail, your clutch disc is broken, this just happened to me little over a week ago. I wasnt able to force my car into first, and if I managed to get it in I couldnt get it out of first.

A new hydraulic clutch line was purchased shortly after the swap. However we did have to rebuild the master cylinder. Fluid levels are topped off, so that eliminates the possibility for any leaks. Any ideas for finding a new master cylinder?
