Hard fuel line removal help?

Default Hard fuel line removal help?


I cant get the plastic bracket which is number 21 in this picture to come off how do i get this thing off. I have removed the little metal bracket and unclipped it howerver it will not pop off. So if anyone has remove this thing please let me know how to take it off with out braking it.

Try and figure out whats catching it.. i've removed lines before and they just slide right off.. Is there a 10mm holding it on anywhere?

their was a bracket held on by a 10mm i removed that it just wont come off at all
