I had them on my Eg. The projetors were a lot better than the "foggy" OEM lights. From 96-up the covers were clear which produced more light. I was happy with my projectors, but my friend wanted them. His were all messed up and I'm just a nice guy so I sold them to him

If you can get them cheap, but them! If you don't like them you'll be able to make the money back on ebay

The beam pattern is pretty good. I would say better than stock. Take this as a waring ! Don't try to put HID's in there cause it will take for ever to try to get the pattern somewhat decent. I've tried millions of time and it's not worth the hassle. Just my advice. Good look.

don't do it man......
this is the kind of light you'll be getting. Look at how much stray light there is.......above the cutoff. I'll never buy projectors again. And they didn't fit right either!

these are my Dengi projector headlights with 4100k H1 HID

Projectors with normal h3 bulbs will give you a shitty beam pattern because of the horizontal filament. h3=for FOG LIGHT ONLY!!!

YES the h3s suck that bad, I have philips 6000k they are very bright & color is just like the purple in audi's - BUT the projector housing sucks!!!! beams are crooked & uneven...I will try putting my d2s H3 into the OEM fogs for a 99-00 hatch soon (haven't even picked the car up yet )...I did do some research and TYC will be coming out with DOT approved projectors for 96-00 civics (i believe they use H1 bulbs) within a couple months - these housings sound like they will perform better than the piece o sht I have know. I have pics of HIDs in my '97 hatch w/projectors I will try to post later this week. my advice is don't buy projector headlamps with the intention of using HIDs - the housing (not the bulbs) are my problem...just my 2 cents tho

Yeah, H3 bulbs are for fog lights, those are the bulbs that my fog lights use. I just bought some dual halo projectors for my '00 Civic sedan and they use H1 bulbs, I got them at http://www.AdvanceImports.com. projection headlights are a bitch to aim properly too....

I have NO clue if those use H1 or what they use - I posted the pic above of them - to ask that question
you can go here to see some pics of my projectors with philips 6000k h3 HID -
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=457095&page=2
letme clarify something the housings are not good (cheap construction) REGULAR H3 are meant for fog lights - but when you get HID for a H3 application you are using a regular HID bulb - long & skinny, nothing like a stock short & stubby h3 bulb - that has been rebased to fit H3 socket. if i new I could get a better performing housing I would. I will try to take more pics this weekend or next week - this time taking pics BELOW the cutoff so you all can see just how bright they really are

ummmm do you mean they use h1 in the high beams....we're talking about the low beam. i believe the ones you show have a h3 bulb in the projector - feel free to correct me if i am wrong....EDIT sorry you did state above that yours use h1's - i guess thats high & low beams both

Ok, I just checked, my headlights use H1's in both the porjectors and the drive/hightbeams.

Here are some pics of my car with them on....BTW gotta love the weather around here! nice ice all over my car eh? I don't like the large OEM headlights that come with the Civic so I got the eyebrows, and I custom cut them to fit with the 'angel eyes'. I think that it looks good, do you?
