EBay. However, the light output in these is horrible. Yes, they look cool at night and what not. When the ground is wet, and/or raining; it looks like you don't have your headlights on when you're driving. I would definitely vote against this for your safety.

I actually went though two sets, waste of money since all they did was look cool and there was no function behind them. However, it is your money, your call and your choice in the end. Do what you want.

instead of posting nonsense like this why don't you guys actually post a tech thread. I guess i now understand why people who post tech problems rant about people giving more importance to halo's ebay headlightz altezza tailights, body kits rather than actually help out with REAL tech probs.
Let's keep honda-tech what it used to be

I found this helpful, I was thinking of putting on halo projectors on my 99 civic because they looked nice, didn't realize they'd be a safety hazard.

yeah..i had them on my 92 hatch (came with them when i bought it)
anyways. bulbs kept burning out. light output was horrible.

i aligned my lights at work and the beam did this __/ on both lights.
i had 3 guys jump out of their car one night and try to beat my *** for driving with my brights on.

Re: Halo Projector Headlights. (92ehatch)
i to had them on my 92 hatch when i bought my car and driving up from chicago to milwaukee was the worst drive ever. i had to have my buddy in his truck be in front of me.. as like everyone just said on here, its like you dont have headlights... go with the stock ones and get bright hyper white bulbs....

wow, im surprised, i have my halo's in for 6 months, the lights are much more powerful than my stock lights, and the halo's are not visible during the day but at night look bad ***.
cons: they are a bit annoying to install(need to know or learn how to soder, not very difficult) and the other down fall is one of mine has a touch of condensation in it wich is really annoying me.
just my experience and or 2 cents. if i were to do it again i would say get ek9 headlights or just paint ur stock headlights black on the inside.
